hi, I am not able to change colors by css. It seems that at first it reads them from the css, but then it goes back to the original colors. If I buy the basic version, can I change them from the administrator?

I make changes in the template in “wp-content/themes/salient-child/style.css” and I get it. But I can’t make changes to the Image Hover Effects Ultimate plugin’s css.I have tried to modify the css in the following files and doesn’t work.

Very kind, I have knowledge of css but I put the custom code in Custom CSS but I can’t get it to work, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, I also put it in style.css and it doesn’t work either.
I would only need the Css code to change the color of the button and the font when you hover. and I would take care of it and I would take care of replicating it in the other shortcodes.
