In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Missing or Incorrect Data when syncingI’m working with HE to try and resolve this, so I’m going to continue this route but would appreciate a resolution on this thread. I’ve spent hours and all I could see were incomplete threads, so let’s keep trying to understand what’s going on here and I will post what I hear back from HE, who has escalated to Facebook Product Support.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Missing or Incorrect Data when syncing@crazywickedawesome I don’t think them opening a new thread is useful here. We’re all having the same issue so _you_ are losing on troubleshooting details.
As mentioned before, there are no errors on the Woo side. I only have WooCommerce and the Facebook plugin so there’s nothing else I can turn off.

Logging for the plugin is not throwing any errors – just gave them a full read and nothing’s coming up.
It seems like, for some reason, the products that are being imported from Woo are missing something – I manually create a product with the same attributes and it’s g2g.
