I posted in the Google community forums and they suspect that my titles rent grammatically correct and this is why it wont format with the separator and organization name to the right hand side..Yet I see worse stuff off in SERP.
I have posted in the Google Community forum to see what they come up with.
Odd test..I installed and activated SEOPRESS, used their migration tool and imported the info from TSF and did a crawl. Crawl completed in 10 minutes, refreshed Google and the changes were present.
Update..Recrawled a second time just to see and Google changed it back to Tricroe Property MGMT: Sell your house fast to people you trust..I don’t get it.
Removed Wp Super Cache and Autooptimize next..Re-crawling now.
Re-crawled, no luck still wont show correctly.
I checked the code, and everything looks good. Maybe I should reach out to Google.
<meta property=”og:title” content=”Sell your house fast to people you trust | Tricore Property MGMT” />
<meta property=”og:description” content=”We are helping Lehigh Valley property owners sell their house to someone they trust. We are buying with cash! No commissions or inspections, guaranteed.” />- This reply was modified 6 years, 1 month ago by josephkray.

Update – Google crawled really fast now when I do a Site: I get this result after the changes were made. Which still is not reflecting correctly.
Tricore Property MGMT: Sell your house fast to people you trust
It should be certainly be Sell your house fast to people you trust | Tricore Property MGMT after the changed we made.

Thank you for the details. I just made these changes and initiated a re-crawl. Luckily Google has been pretty quick on this recently.
As for making this change..I’m not sure its going to help my other pages. None of my individual pages or posts have been reflecting correctly with Google. They will show correct when I move the mouse over the tab while the page is up but that is it.
For example on a site:https://tricorepropertymanagement.com you see the below;
Learn About Us – Tricore Property MGMT
Learn About Us. We pride ourselves in providing a unique and creative solution to buying houses. It is our goal to help as many people as possible by being …While in TSF I have this set to show the following;
Learn About Us | Tricore Property MGMT
We take pride in helping our clients by buying their Lehigh Valley house when they are in need of selling. We are here to buy your house with cash!Which both fit the pixel guidelines and makes me believe there is a bigger issue with replicating to google.

I have flushed cache, and re-indexed with GSC. Crawl has been complete, no luck on the change taking place. I emailed the theme creator, they said they suggest Yoast. Sounds like a generic response ha.

Good morning and thank you for the reply.
Yeah I do see it is a couple pixels over. I will review that document.
I had it filled out but left it blank because I noticed Google was picking up whatever was in there and not what I actually have in TSF so I wanted to eliminate it in multiple places and see if TSF would push through. I found that whether its there or not, the info in TSF does not push.
I will try flushing all cache and see if this helps.
Just to note, TSF is actually not updating any of my meta title changes on any pages.
