I’m not totally clear on what you’re asking, but it seems that you’re asking how to link to a particular section of an HTML document, right?
Well, to do that, you need to place an anchor at the point you want to link to. Then you give the anchor a name.
For example, to link to a section of page1.html, put an anchor like this:
Example Section
Then, you link to that anchor using the # symbol with the anchor name after it:
( Link Text )
or
[url=page1.html#example]Link Text[/url]
