It seems, that I didn’t explained the problem well enough. I´m sorry for that!
We have no issues with emails with special signs, but we have the issue, because the wordpress website url has the special sign.
So, unfortunately no user is able to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
The unsubscribe link is sent out correctly and clickable, but once the user is clicking on the unsubscribe button, it does not work, because of a wrongly enconded url of the wordpress website.
I hope you can test out the issue again.
