In reply to: Missing tabs under wooCommerce settingsSame thing happened to me yesterday. It appears there has been some consolidation within the recent WC UI, but I eventually found what I was looking for by browsing through the settings tabs. There is sub-navigation under some of the tabs, so look carefully. Unfortunately, most of the video tutorials on YouTube are obsolete.
