We were able to help solve this issue directly as well.

Be sure to use Apple’s Safari browser to view Apple Pay.

Apple Pay in Stripe only shows up in the Safari browser, because Apple Pay’s payment connection works through Apple’s Safari browser.

When checking for Apple Pay, are you using Safari or another browser?

If you are using Safari, please let me know, and we can dig deeper to solve the issue.
