Esmi — I apologize if I can encroached on someone’s (yours?) territory. I’m having a big, big problem with WordPress and having a bigger problem finding someone to help. The WP site brought me here, so I left a message hoping for help…and get told to go away.
We upgraded our blog, WomenBIG, http://getyourbigon.com/womenbigblog/, to the latest version of WordPress. To our horror, we’ve been frozen out of admin rights, receiving the “embarassing, isn’t it” message.
Our website guru has deleted plugins, rebuilt the plugins folder from scratch, and added several recommended lines to the configuration file with no success.
We need resolution pronto…what do you suggest?
