    Update… I was finally able to get in touch with their Premium Support, and they were responsive once I got in. The issue was resolved after a few days.

    I do appreciate the follow up. I now have other huge problems with my cart (users are not actually able to pay/checkout since I upgraded to the Gold Cart, which is bad.) I tried using my “Premium Support” token, but was again informed that I am not even able to use that until my initial forum comment gets approved. What a nightmare. There is no way to contact this company.

    I’d like to add two cents to this same general topic. I have purchased and installed the Gold Cart, and am having a lot of problems. drperil is absolutely correct about the frustrating nature of dealing with getshopped.org. I’m happy trying to work out issues in the community forums, but unfortunately, I’m not allowed to do so until my initial comment gets “green-lighted” by the getshopped team… it’s been over a month, and I’m still waiting for that to happen. I’m leaving this post here, as I am still not allowed to post anything to those getshopped forums.

    I’ve spent weeks sifting through existing threads, hoping to find others who have already posted solutions to the same problems I’m having, and I’ve certainly found those posts. Unfortunately, those threads are just full of people incessantly complaining and no feedback on those posts from support.

    I understand that “Premium Support” exists, but after purchasing the plugin and having a bad experience with it… not to mention the frustration of not being allowed to be a part of the community forums, I’m VERY hesitant to start PURCHASING “tokens” for premium support.
