Hi @shanedelierrr,

I have discovered that the Solid Security dashboard goes to 404 when Woocommerce plugin is activated. And then it I can access the dashboard again when the Woocommerce plugin is deactivated… Is there a conflict between Solid Security and Woocommerce that you are aware of?

When Woocommerce is activated, I can get into the other Solid Security menus – just not the dashboard… (so for example, settings, tools, firewall etc).

Thanks, I’ve been further troubleshooting.

I have managed to get the dashboard to show on a fresh install, but the JSON error persists (suggesting that the Jetpack plugin had residuals that I was unable to get rid of). I am currently rebuilding the site from scratch to make sure there are no Jetpack related roots remaining!

GoDaddy have checked my host server settings from this side and everything is fine. They say it must be something to do with solid security settings and possibly php settings. The only other thing is that I am using AutoSSL… I have just learned that that is not as comprehensive as a full SSL. Could that be the issue?

I have tried downgrading php to 8.1/8.2/8.3 as well as 8.4. None of these make any difference.
