Sorry, my mistake. You are right, I have 4.9.6 version of WordPress.
After update, I can see my text but I can’t see the chekbox.

I just updated the plugin and wordpress. At now, I have:
Wordpress v4.7.10
Contact Form 7 v5.0.2
Updating wasn’t help :/
