Hi @champsupertramp, I have forwarded your answer to the theme developer, take note for future updates …
So far I have solved it by deactivating the theme’s megamenu option and install and activating the Max Megamenu plugin, that’s how everything works fine.

RegardsI work supporting some companies, and within these companies there are several users. I would every user can see only yours tiquets, and one (or more) user (not staff) in this company can view (only view) all tickets of all users in his company. Is possible this new user role? Very Thanks.
