Hi. The translate button bottom centre will not be visible unless you accept cookies relating to Google language translator, these are in the functional setting of the cookie dialogue.
The issue with other elements is that the portion where the flags display is behind the Gravitec bell in mobile view. I can’t adjust the Gravitec bell Z as it’s inline CSS in Gravitec’s JS. Adjusting the GLT Z seems an appropriate fix but I can’t narrow down the CSS selector to override the existing Z setting.Thanks.

In reply to: [WP VR - 360 Panorama and Virtual Tour Builder] zencdn.netThank you.
It shouldn’t be on any version though, there’s no need… Unless I’m missing something?
So whether I contact you here or not is immaterial.
And, we should have a pro/free version without this in the normal release, I really don’t want a special version without the prefetch, as a branch can get forgotten, then when an update is required I would once again have the same issue.
Just remove this and push it out to all users as a normal update please. Unless that is something you don’t wish to do.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP VR - 360 Panorama and Virtual Tour Builder] zencdn.netHi
I uploaded the new version of free and pro on the given link, as I’m a pro customer, disabled the exclusion setting given the expectation it should work, and it’s all still there on multiple pages.<link rel='stylesheet' id='videojs-css-css' href='https://vjs.zencdn.net/7.18.1/video-js.css?ver=1' type='text/css' media='all' />I’ve set the exclusion setting once again, and blocked my site from using that prefetch until you can do something more meaningful. Thank you.

In reply to: [WP VR - 360 Panorama and Virtual Tour Builder] zencdn.netOK, so I found a setting that allows scripts only on the pages that use them:
Enable script control (It will load the WP VR scripts on the pages with virtual tours only):
List of allowed pages to load WP VR scripts (The URLs of the pages on your site with virtual tours):I guess at this point I’m ok. Can you confirm the call to zencdn is legitimate please?
Thanks for the update Dimitar. It shouldn’t take too long to check and test the supplied code, as long as nothing else is misunderstood.
As a Siteground customer and a customer of Real Cookie Banner, I am looking forward to the fix. According to a support chat with Siteground just now, and all being well, this should be applied in the next few days.

In reply to: [mb.YTPlayer for background videos] Can’t see videoExcellent. I think the other plugin is fine but the CSS you gave me helped a lot. I have bought your premium version as a result, again thank you.
A ticket was logged, I also sent emails as requested, all of which was done as a response to my initial post here. I gave “you” admin access to my website and it then went quiet. All of this is detailed here.
Unfortunately, I have not heard anything else and now I’m being told there’s no record of the incident I logged.
I’ve moved on from using your plugin (as I mention in this thread) and all you have really done is verify to me that I made the right choice.
I do wish you luck and I’m sure you meant right by providing a free plugin, however, this thread alone has convinced me that I made the right choice by not buying the premium version. Sorry, but you do need to tidy up the support and refrain from inferring blame on the customer relying on the WordPress support forum when clearly your internally ticketing system and communication between your colleagues via email has already proven so unreliable. The only reliable source of information on my fault seems to be here on the WordPress forums. It is still unresolved but as I mentioned, I uninstalled it to protect my site from the unnecessary calls to admin-ajax.php.
Again, good luck and thank you.
Thanks, Uriahs Victor, but I already did that some weeks ago. Are you saying that nothing was being done with my previous reports now? Crikey.
I’m not worried, I would simply rather prefer that the correct impression was given to anyone viewing this. I’ve switched it to “not resolved” to better reflect the current situation. Thanks.
This ticket appears to be marked as resolved, it isn’t resolved and there have been no further emails from the developers.
We didn’t know that you replied until I checked WPorg forum. I’ve forwarded your email to our developers so they could take a look.
If you are saying “replied” and meaning “replied here” (on the forum) I wasn’t aware there was a problem doing that if you consider the last email I received from you was 9th May (asking me to install the plugin and try yet again) to which I replied in the affirmative to you the exact same day. Since then, I had received no reply or acknowledgement hence my post here saying I’d uninstalled the plugin and why.
Thanks for your time and I hope there’s a version created that doesn’t call admin-ajax.php so frequently.
Hi
I gave you admin access as requested and I’ve seen you log in a few times. Other than that I’ve heard nothing so have no clue as to how long this investigation will take or what the end result may be.However, you do need to know that my site was suffering from poor performance issues. I thought I’d share with you the details of the only plugin having issues and bringing my site to a crawl.

While I love the idea of your plugin, to me it seems riddled with problems: It doesn’t obey the schedule, leading to spammy tweets. It has inefficient code leading to site performance issues which affect customer experience and SEO.
It just doesn’t work. Feel free to let me know when it does. Until then, I am uninstalling your plugins. Thanks for the opportunity to try this out.
Done.
Nope. I can’t do that. I’m using the free version so don’t have a license key that is required for your support ticket system. There’s no way I’m upgrading to the premium version if the free version doesn’t work. Deactivating until you fix it.
