Hi, thank you, I very much appreciate this.
Disconnecting and reconnecting Stripe = tried and didn’t fix
Switching temporarily to the Storefront theme = tried, but I think because the site is built in Divi that it shows lots of Divi builder code when not in a Divi theme.
Testing with only WooCommerce and Stripe active. Now we’re getting somewhere. I deactivated ALL plugins except “WooCommerce” and “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway”. The payment methods then appeared!
It stays fine unless I have “WooCommerce MultiStep Checkout” activated. Version 3.6.9 I’m not sure if we need this plugin any more.WooCommerce → Status → Logs
Several to choose from, so not sure what would help? The first looks detailed but is long and has personal data that I would need to check for first.

Hi Frank, thank you.
I created a temporary page at https://hub.ceroc.com/checkout-temp-test/ using the default shortcode. I then set this as the checkout page via Page Setup.
Unfortunately it showed the same problem with an endless loading/spinner instead of payment options.

In reply to: [WP Offload SES Lite] PHP Warning: IDNA_DEFAULTWe’ve now fixed it ourselves. I think by a “IIS reset to fully cycle PHP”

In reply to: [Backup Migration] There were some hick-ups – error report (2021-02-03)Thank you, upgrading to 1.0.8 has fixed whatever wasn’t working with 1.0.7 and it now finishes with the “Backup successful!” message.
I did this without touching the “Bypass server limits” settings.
Thank you
