Gosh, I would really love is this could be solved. It’s really the only bug that I’ve encountered after years of using it.
Ye..the time is normal until i hit publish.
However, I think I found the problem and I really really don’t like it. I have disabled my LastPass extension in chrome which is the one extension I would never want to live without. It seems that the date issue disappears when I disable it. So obviously not a WordPress issue…now I just have to ask LastPass what the problem is…

Nothing really out of the ordinary…
I even tried setting it to defaults to see if that solved anything..but nope.
