I had success by changing from W3 Total Cache plugin to WP Super Cache. It took a few hours to start working but that was the only change we had to make.

I am having the same issue as telagaproperties. I have tried all of the same steps (clearing all caches, going back to default theme, disabling all plugins, contacting hosting provider) and nothing seems to work. I hit update on any page and the changes are reflected immediately in the editor page and on the Page Preview, but the actual site has not updated. Same issue with Menu items – I tried to clone pages and give them different url’s then add the new versions to the menu, but the menu won’t update so it still clicks through to the old page.
We have been working on this for 48 hours and nothing has worked.
