The default server listed in the settings seems to be having a problem. If you have the patience you could setup your own server, but I doubt you’d want to invest the time to do this.
The plug-in is in the process of being upgraded to use a different backend based on BCHD full node instead of the current SLP data sources. Please be patient while we complete the upgrade, and keep an eye out for a new release.
This is not a valid xpub value. I’m not aware of the Badger Desktop app, so not sure if it has a bug or not. You should make sure you copied the xpub correctly, or otherwise install Electron Cash SLP edition to get your xpub: https://simpleledger.cash/project/electron-cash-slp-edition/
