Thank you Tamara. I’m happy to hear that you are aware of this issue and are looking into it. I suspected this would involve some tweaking of the plugin and understand this can take some time.
I can wait patiently 😉
I just didn’t know what to make of it when I hadn’t heard *anything* for several days. We had raised the issue using the http://www.woothemes.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ link you provide on your docs and support pages, but in the future I’ll post in the forums if you prefer (maybe a good idea to add that to the docs & support pages too).

Unfortunately I have. Twice. As I noted in my post above. That’s one reason I posted this – as a warning to others. I would avoid this apparently poorly written and clearly unsupported WooThemes software!
