Hi @marijastuntcoders – it seems the issue was to do with our site recently being duplicated which caused the syncing issues. I deleted all products from Meta Catalog and resynced the plug in and this seems to have worked for now.

Thanks for your reply @iodic.
I have now done this and found that some prices are now accurate but then others are changing from the correct price to the wrong old price every few mins.

Hi @marijastuntcoders, I can’t start a new thread so thought I’d post my issue here.
We have been using the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin for a while with no issue bit recently our product updates have stopped syncing in Meta despite our plugin still being connected and Meta thinking everything is up to date.
Could you please help me troubleshoot?
