Thank you. My apologies. That version I have installed for Contact Form 7 is Version 4.8.
I am using Contact Form 7 – Success Page Redirects Version 1.2 and Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields version 1.2.0
These additional plug-ins are indeed one difference from my other sites.
Could you look at this one more time?
