I’m am using the Elementor Hello theme and am having the same problem. I am not a developer and can’t edit the .php of my theme to ‘add theme support’ as you’ve suggested. The container class setting screenshot doesn’t show what to put in that field. (Is it a number? Do I need the class name? Please show an example) Enabling and disabling the bootstrap checkbox does nothing (as suggested in this related post: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/bootstrap-css-causing-issues/).
I have seen several threads where people have had this issue and nowhere has the solution actually been explained or well documented. This is a bug in the plug-in that should be fixed.
