Thanks Chad.
I’ve reverted to a website version from a week ago where it was working.

But my WP plugin menu is saying that I have an update available for WP Members and WP members advanced options.
Im on 3.1.9.2 and 1.5.2 respectively.
Could that have been the cause? When I updated those?
