@danieliser – I have checked what you told me to do.
My settings are set to “On Entire Site” <- which I am assuming means that it will work on the whole site, but maybe that’s wrong.
And, I made sure that the Auto Open was enabled. Still having the problem. Thanks for your rapid response though.
My specific hosts are Bluehost and GoDaddy. The multisite is hosted on Bluehost, the domain that I wish use to map a subdomain is parked on GoDaddy.
The more I look into it, the thing I will need to set up is a CNAME. Does that seem like the direction I should go?
