Thank You! I believe at first glance that the plugin you showed above – MyStickyMenu might cover my bases! At least get something available until i have more time to research more in depth!

thanks for the reply. i have actually had this working for about 15 years on the site using classic ASP but was looking to do something newer as well as not having the user have to click something to show the message. It basically toggles back and forth from:Renegades Alert Message is: There are no messages at this time. — 2/20/2021 1:30:51 PM.
to:Renegades Alert Message is: The GYM is closed today due to weather — 2/20/2021 1:40:51
