Thanks, this worked for me. The files in that directory were updating with the exception of “rules” stuck on 9 May. The warning is now gone.

Yes, I am the other user, I believe. I have the same issue with the BlueHost plugin, the window opens on the bluehost settings. I have disabled the bluehost plugin until the next update. If I get a trouble ticket number from them I will share it with the group. Thanks!
