Thank you for getting back to me.

I’ve updated the store address, but I’m still encountering the same error message, even though I understand the Canada Live service is unavailable until 2 July.

The error displayed is:

Canada Post Live Rates:
/rs/ship/price: cvc-simple-type 1: element {http://www.canadapost.ca/ws/ship/rate-v4}origin-postal-code of type {http://www.canadapost.ca/ws/ship/rate-v4}PostalCodeType may not be empty

Could you kindly advise if there’s anything else I need to update?
