We’ve looked at all the orders and tried to determine anything that would link the orders that miss the details but we don’t see any consistencies. Some come through fine and others are missing all the selected details. We are using the Astra theme, other than that there is nothing custom or special about our checkout.
We’re still having this same issue.
Here’s a bit more info. We have multiple conditional selects for selecting make and model. Some orders come through fine, others come through with just the product name and no details.
