In reply to: [WooCommerce] Update to 2.4.10 crashed databaseHi,
I am not that much familiar with databases, but my hosting said it’s this table that is crashing.
Interesting thing is also they tried to restore only the database, but it didn’t help and only after restoring the whole website, things were fixed again.
But I may say for sure that the plugin update crashes it. First time I updated several plugins together, then I restored the backup and tested things. So it appeared it’s woocommerce causing the problem.Forum: Networking WordPress
In reply to: Multisite subdomain wp-admin access impossibleOk, guys, now I know for sure that with me the update to WooCommerce 2.4.10 from 2.4.7(currently) causes the _11_terms table in the database to crash and the admin dashboard of the website to be inaccessible.
If anyone else has the problem and had notifoed Woocommerce support, please tell me.Forum: Networking WordPress
In reply to: Multisite subdomain wp-admin access impossibleProblem found. My issue appeared to be Database crash after plugin update. It’s one of these new versions of plugins I had. Unfortunately I updated them together, so I don’t know which one (now testing to see which one):
Booster for WooCommerce 2.3.8
PayPal for WooCommerce 1.1.7.5.
WooCommerce 2.4.10
YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search 1.3.8.
YITH WooCommerce Wishlist 2.0.12Forum: Networking WordPress

In reply to: Multisite subdomain wp-admin access impossibleI wonder can it be some permissions issue? Did anyone try fiddling with permissions already?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Unable to take payment via Paypal with version 2.4.6Hi,
I deactivated all plugins but I still can’t make Paypal payments – same version of WC and WP.
The problem appeared after updating. Additionally, I have another bug – the shipping classes do not work. Only if you enter a basic general value for shipping in the settings, then it delivers it. Otherwise, you receive a message for “There Are No Shipping Methods Available.” All my products have classes and they do not seem to be recognizable, as it was before.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Hide Free Shipping when a Shipping Class selectedHi,
I have also a problem with Shipping classes. Write to you here guys in case you can help by any chance.
There’s definitely a bug in this version 2.4.6 and shipping classes. All my products are with individual shipping classes with assigned price to them. After the update to the new version I notice that it shows message for “There Are No Shipping Methods Available.”
Only if I enter a basic overall value, it will show delivery costs in the cart.I tried fidling with the settings, but no hope settling the issue in other way.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Wishlist] Soft 404Hey Chris,
I must say it helped me. Just be very careful how you confgure the robot.txt not to disallow important pages. Otherwise, google bots definitely take notice and stop searching through this pages.
Another thing I did for the 404s was to install these 2 plugins, see what will work for you:
404 to Start
Simple 301 Redirectsthat’s how I dealed with all 404s in GWT once and for all 🙂

In reply to: [Voter Plugin] It broke something! No. the problem was caused by the Voter plugin. Of course the first thing to do is to delete it.
However, the errors caused didn’t disappear. It is possible that it caused collision with another plugin (one of those two above – i isolated them usung Plugin organiser yes) and the error remained. As the option for deactivation didn’t work, too – see the images above,so I had to delete it. It still displayed the login form showing broken under the footer.
I may give you credentials to the website, if needed. You may reinstall it to test it as it may be useful to know exactly what error it caused and why.Just send e-mail.
