    Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the possible reason. I’m just glad that it has been resolved in version 7.4.0 of your plugin.

    I love the improved input field height as well – I had tried to achieve that with some custom css, but couldn’t get it to work. Thank you for making that visual improvement in your update :).

    Hi there,

    Just a quick update – I’ve jumped into a discussion in the Avada Users Group where others have posted the same issue.

    I switched to a different Stripe plugin as recommended by one of the other users, and this other one works fine.

    Interestingly, I noticed today that another update was available for WooPayments. I updated WooPayments to version 7.4.0 and reactivated the plugin, and the credit card input fields now load properly.

    My Avada theme is still on the same version as when I raised the problem with version 7.3.0 of your plugin.

    I’m glad it’s sorted as I do prefer your plugin – do you have any thoughts on why it’s working fine in versions 7.2.0 and 7.4.0, but not 7.3.0?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your guidance with this. I have successfully tested with TT3 and block Checkout page, and confirm that the credit card input fields appear.

    However, when I switch back to the Avada theme and roll back WooCommerce to version 8.6.1, the problem still persists unless I also roll back WooPayments to version 7.2.0.

    I guess I will need to raise a support ticket with Avada?

    Hi again Carol,

    Just a quick update – I have also deactivated all non-mandatory 3rd party plugins to see if the credit card input fields loaded, and it hasn’t helped.

    The only plugins that I’ve left running on our staging site are:

    Avada Builder
    Avada Core
    (these are both required for the Avada wordpress theme)

    WooCommerce
    WooPayments

    I hope this helps with your investigation.
