So we have removed your plugin and we are using the Facebook Messenger plugin which is working 100% without any issues.

The issue is still there. As, above the messenger logo displays intermittently…. Only showing on around 3 of every 10 page loads. So I would appreciate your further support.
Is there anything else you can suggest?
Is there anything in the code that would prevent it showing EVERY time the page reloads?
I appreciate that you use Facebook code, but I can’t go and post on the Facebook plugin forum asking for support on YOUR plugin – they will rightly tell us that they don’t support YOUR plugin.
I’m pretty sure they would support the latest iOS (12.3.1) and the latest Chrome (75.0.3770.70). This is our OS / browser combo that isn’t working.
