Hi there
We modified the WP config file with the suggested addition from Bluehost. Unfortunately we then received white pages so took the code out again.
For now we have downgraded the PHP to version 8.1.33 and the site is now working as expected.

In reply to: [Astra] Background colour on mobilesHi we found the background colour setting in the editor settings for the mobiles. It was set to grey/blue colour. Once we changed this to white all is now displayed correctly.

We have the free Pinnacle theme installed, version 1.8.6 and still seeing the message about out of date WooCommerce template files.
Will you be releasing an updated version of the free Pinnacle theme?

In reply to: [Responsive] Site breaks after updateJust in case anyone else comes across the same issue, to fix this we updated the text in the footer and published the site and now all is well.
Appearance > Customise > Footer > Layout > Footer bar >Copyright text > change the text> Publish

I have uploaded and activated Responsive version 4.9.7.1 and my site is back up and looks as it should do.
How very strange.

As I said before, this is only happening when the Responsive theme is active. Other themes don’t cause this issue when activated.

I have added the suggested CSS to the ‘Additional CSS’ on the theme customizer but it doesn’t appear to be working. It still displays the default logo rather than the one in the CSS.

For some unknown reason, the Featured Images were no longer attached to the products, I am not sure why. The product images were there but the featured image had been removed. I re-added a featured image to each of the products and it now displays fine.It looks much better with the new version, thank you.

After plugin reactivation, the images do not display.
