Hello WP Team, I have not heard from anyone in 2 weeks. I have a huge promotion starting soon and need to make sure our website is in ship shape. Please can someone be honest and let me know whether there is a fix for this or whether I need to escalate this somewhere else or find another Techo to fix this problem, as I do not have this problem with the other website using the same theme as noted above. Hi Tara, Thank you for your response. Yes, we tried changing the 2 templates, they include the images, but still no text to edit in visual tab mode.
We also have another website http://www.propertysolutionsassist.com.au using the same theme and there is not problem editing that website.
Your next step closer to fixing this problem soon is welcomed.
