I’m struggling a bit, as I can’t program and I’m not making much sense of tutorials on how to set up php error logs, though I’ve been having a go !
Is this what I need to persist with? I’ve lots of stuff about php.ini etc etc, and can access my domain files, but can’t find any of the files that seem to match what I seem to need.
Sorry to be so dense, what logs do I need to find?

Hi,
I have this problem. Trier IE and firefox, both latest versions.
I’m using the smartmag theme (and have purchased the pro version retina), and this problem has occurred for me.
I upload a test set of 10 images 1800 x 1200.
I then go to the dashboard but am unable to upload (drag & drop)to either the Full Size Replace or the Full-size Retina Upload.
The loading animation just goes on forever (even with a single image).
I only have akismet and the bundled smartmag plugins activated (except form forms 7 which I don’t use).
Any thoughts?
