Sorry for the late reply, I was on holiday with no access to a comnputer (a real holiday!)
I have figured it out. the <span> from <span>expanded=”true”</span>] was somehow removed on the video page. Adding it fixed the issue. Odd when I copy and pasted the code from the same source.
anyway, it’s not fixed. Thanks for your help tough!

On one page, the video transcript is collapsed, one the other one it is expanded. I used the same code, just changed the content inside the jQuery.
