And i tried to update it but given the following error:

Allow Softaculous to fetch the database details ?

I am so grateful with your assistance and your precious time. Just did it now before your message comes in, “It was successfully” and i can see the wp*_post loading properly.
Once done i will keep you post.
One more thing please, Which of these is right way to upload/extract backup
1. Filezilla or
2. Extract the file on File managerThank you

I have tried the above and i learnt that you must used it for the backup otherwise it will not restore from any other sourceThank you

In reply to: Migrating Backup from Local PC to New host serverI did the backup from Softaculous and save in a local hard drive… the full backup was ***.tar.gz and expect this is not the right way to do WP backup in softaculous. Is there any plugin or process i can use?
However, of the backup i did the same way was restore successfully and one other one was restore too but some images are missing
Which process is the best to restore backup?Thank you
