I checked the dubai fashion page in Ie9 and the lightbox functionality is not working. It simply open the image in the browser.
I also left you a message on your website regarding catablog lightbox not working in Ie9. Please check this page

It works in every Ie version except Ie9, hopefully you can find the solutuon for this problem soon.
