thank you for your response. unfortunately, this does not help. It still gives the same error. I have also tried to add the cert in the wwwroot folder just before step 3 of the installer.php process, so the DB deployment could use it -following a Tutorial https://medium.com/@jkudo/how-to-connection-from-wordpress-installed-on-azure-app-service-to-azure-database-for-mysql-via-2b2c37c4a7de but no luck neither. I tried to add the cert into the zip file, that Duplicator generated… but you have a hash code on the zip. Is there any way that I can run Duplicator without an SSL connection to the DB? Or can I deselect hashcode for the zip?
