How can I disable the x-server-cache and x-proxy-cache? I would appreciate it if you could guide me in this regard. Also, would you recommend me disabling them ?

I had been using Autoclear Autoptimize Cache plugin and was set to 64 MB. This plugin would automatically delete the cache files. But after the issues I encountered, I disabled both plugins. Then just enabled Autoptimize with the 404 fallback enable turned on.
However, the strange part is that why would it delete fusion-styles files? I mean I understand it might delete the autoptimize/css and autoptimize/js but why fusion-styles which is in the uploads? Could it be due to the fact I used lazy loading of images and after purging cache it got deleted?
Another question, even though that the 404 fallback option is turned on, why is it still requiring JS and CSS files that do not exist?
Thank you.
