Follow-up:
We opened a support ticket Elementor side. They don’t know why embedded mailpoet 3 form are not working anymore. They don’t have any official support of embedding any form from other plugin in their popups. However, if we use the official integration https://elementor.com/help/mailpoet-elementor-integration/ the issue don’t appear and the form works as expected.

I can see the issue but as we don't have any official support of embedding any form from other plugin/ environment in our popups unfortunately this is not something we can debug like this. In this case, if this was working properly before as you expect it might be that mailpoet has changed something in their form code which causes this? If mailpoet wants they can check our developers guide and make proper compatibility for their forms to be used in popup : https://developers.elementor.com/elementor-pro-2-7-popup-events/
