to clarify, I want Brief Bio and content at top of page, and the campaign details (box showing at top) to be below the content.

Just to confirm the example you provided should move the Campaign Summary below the campaign content? I’ve added to functions.php file but no changes are happening.
I’ve hidden the campaign description via CSS and want the campaign content first, then below that the campaign details with option to Donate.
I’m trying to sort through all the hooks but I’m just not sure.

I’m finally returning to this and would like to confirm that I put the donation-receipt-page.php in my child theme and not under charitable.
Is that right? I’ve created a custom page and added to child theme but still getting the post navigation so am clearly missing a piece.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I am running WP 4.3.1 and latest version of BNFW.
I deactivated all plugins except:
Better Notifications
Import Users from CSV
Paid Membership Pro
PMPro Import Users from CSVAll our members are imported, which is why I wanted to try with only these plugins active. I tried with only these plugins and Twenty Fifteen and still receive the default New User email and the Better Notifications New User email.
So I then tried with only Better Notifications and Import Users from CSV plugin and still receive the default plus the custom email from Better Notifications.
So I deactivated Import Users from CSV plugin and manually added a new user…. and received only the Better Notifications email.
Which means the issue is related to Import Users from CSV, but since all our members are imported, we’ve got to have that plugin 🙂
So looks like we will manage right now with new members receiving both custom and default new user email.

I finally discovered that the issue I was having with password reset link including user ID rather username only happened with SB Welcome Email plugin was active; when I deactivated that plugin, TML reset password link is correct and working again.

I have version Version 4.5 installed and shows no updates, so is that the most recent version?
I ask because I have still have the issue. When Theme My Login and SB Welcome Email is active, the password reset email includes the user ID rather than the username, and therefore does not work.
When I deactivate SB Welcome Email, Theme My Login password reset works as expected, sending username in reset link rather than user ID.
Perhaps I need to update SB Welcome Email manually to 4.5.1?
