To clarify my question; here is the steps i took:
1. In confirmation email notification, i selected html email.
2. I added tags to customize confirmation emails, one of which is %final_price% tag.
3. I booked an appointment as a customer and received a confirmation email. The total price has a glitch. The automatic email sent is showing the wrong total price in both customer and admin confirmation emails.
To get the error i got. Test it by choosing different service and different options(quantity) and you will see the total price being more than it should be.
