Wow, that’s superb news! Thanks a lot for doing this. We use WordPress translation platform, https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/kanzu-support-desk, to host translations and the Spanish(Chile) language is hosted here: https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/locale/es-cl/default/wp-plugins/kanzu-support-desk
I see you’ve actually already contributed 15 translations!We don’t have the appropriate rights unfortunately. Submitting an .mo file is only possible for a translation editor of a particular language. The editors for Spanish(Chile) are listed here: https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/polyglots/teams/?locale=es_CL. I think a quick message to any of them would be enough to have the item uploaded. Could you please reach out to them?

We are going to have to mark this as resolved from not having a response this long but just to note – in our latest version (2.4.3), we have integrated with contact form 7. This allows you to customize your forms to pretty much anything you want. Do upgrade and check it out please. We have a great getting started guide on it here: KSD Contact Form 7Please let us know if you run into any issues

Maybe this is related to WP version. What version of WP are you running? We run our tests on the latest version, 4.7.2

Not sure how we missed this but yes! A ticket can be created from the front-end, from the backend, from email & even from social media using additional premium add-ons.

Thanks a lot for getting in touch. Yes, you can change both the registration form and the fields shown to the user by adding some code to either your theme’s functions.php or to a custom plugin.
What fields would you like to display? Currently, the changes cannot be easily effected using an interface but this is work in progressHi @csertelet, we’ve temporarily closed this based on our tests. If it persists, please let us know and we’ll look into it
