Hi,
i did what u asked, disabled all plugins, and was trying to find the one causing all this trouble, and finally i found it! So, it may be a little help for anyone having the same problem.
The one causing trouble was plugin called ‘Role Based Pricing’, after disabling it, all worked fine.
