quick update:
Some good news actually, I reset the settings on the plugin and funnily enough the changes are showing when opened on a seperate browser e.g in-private browsing (chrome) and on Safari, which means my customers and traffic will see the changes as I wanted them (Hurray).
Only negative is that I myself when logged in cannot see the changes.

i made a error with query string, when I did it exactly as @jonrandahl said, then yes, the error disappears.It is definitely a assetclean error im afraid.
I can send screenshots to a private email if you like.
Sorry about the confusion: to clarify:
When i type in ?wpacu_no_load on the url, then the problem disappears.
This is all on a page where the plugin is activated, but nothing has been unloaded on any page whatsoever.
I tried the solution and it still has the glitch/error
