Thanks Threadi. My question 1. is regarding generally speaking on themes if you/anyone can help illuminate…in terms of using a theme on WP does the theme need continuous updates or does the WP and plugin updates generally suffice.
Update to question 2. Any ideas on where to look for top WP designer themes – pointers would be appreciated.

Hey That was so helpful. I am using the blocks editor and seeing the link I was a bit intimidated to click on it thinking it would open up a new window when it actually opens up a box to edit the URL.
