In reply to: [Freesia Empire] Installing freesia empire plusI downloaded the plugin on another computer and it downloaded in a .zip format which it didn’t do on mine. Uploaded the plugin and it installed right away. The other computer was a PC and I have a Mac. Thanks for your help. I wish I had done that earlier.

In reply to: [Freesia Empire] Installing freesia empire plusThe demo content was already there without me needing to import it per instructions but I need the Freesia Empire Plus plugin in a .zip format so I can upload it easily.

In reply to: [Freesia Empire] Installing freesia empire plusI had already downloaded everything. That is how I know I don’t have what I need. I had already started to customize the free version of Freesia Empire then decided to upgrade. That’s when I realized I didn’t have the demo folder. When I downloaded the plugin and tried to upload it, that is when I found that I can only do that with a .zip format. I keep on being told to follow the directions and that is what I have been doing. Most everything is php format.

In reply to: [Freesia Empire] Installing freesia empire plusI know that it is a plugin and have the instructions for both freesia empire and for the freesia empire plus plugin. However, a .zip format is required to upload plugins which I do not see in the download of freesia empire or freesia empire plus. I don’t have the demo folder either. I was able to follow the directions on the documentation except when it asked for something I don’t have in the downloads.
