@threadi, I have access to the “backend” (https://stevekhouw.com.au/wp-admin) but I don’t really know how to do a backup. I am not cluey with this stuff, I am just the owner of the website. Can you guide me, what are the step of doing a backup within the backend?
This is just in case the designer isn’t cooperative.
