Hey Slava,

Thank you for taking the time to respond. i am a bit new to the web developing environment so bare with me a little.

1. i installed the plugin through the wordpress dashboard -> plugin
2. yes i did plugins > add new >searched WP SMTP and installed that plugin
3. i have activated the gmail provider
4. i am not too sure what you mean. i purchased the website off someone else so i am not sure exactly what that is. in my settings it says cache normal (level 2)

in the setup it asks me to pass in the redirected URL from wordpress to the gmail API. when i do that it says that the link is an error…but URL is similar to that shown in the picture…
