Yes, I really can’t access the plugin. The settings from the plugin page are unavailable and it does not show up in the left sidebar. I am administrator so I am not aware of any plugins changing user permissions.

In the plugin I cannot access settings, which I thought may be the issue. This is what I see when I go to settings

In the tools menu I still only see the options listed above. That’s why I am very perplexed as to how to access the plugin. I think there may be redirects set up in it but I cannot access them.

No it doesn’t appear under tools. The only options there re available tools, import, export.
