you are right we can mark order as refunded and than manually add funds to customer wallet, but this process is quite complicated and can lead to mistakes. It also needs right for user to manipulate with customer wallets directly and is potential security issue.
What I am missing and was surprised is missing feature to refund to different gateway automatically. Once gateway support refund feature it would be nice to have list box and option to choose gateway for refund.
I am open to pay some reasonable price for feature like this in woo.
